I'm hardly a business degree graduate,  with JR resigning as chairman is he still a director...companies house still lists him as one

It will take time for the documents to be filed/processed at Companies House.

It was Tommytoes, but i've just had a look and nothing has been registered today.  I wouldn't expect it to be for a few days, though.
