I remember Paul Ince as. Good player that didn't have too much respect for opponents or authority.
His choice of "The Guvnor" as a nickname summed him up to me.
Probably being at Man Unt also allowed him to get away with a bit more than if he had stayed at West Ham.
I just think that he needs to Learn a bit of humility before he can teach discipline to others.
