An opportunity has arisen for a Combined Academy Youth Development Phase Lead Coach (Under 12’s to 16’s) & Head Of Academy Coaching at Doncaster Rovers Football Club.

Anyone know what's behind this? It's strange if Paul Wilson, Paul Stancliffe and Colin Walker are all being replaced. Though it seems the job description covers their roles. Maybe an overall manager? In which case that would be a significant upgrading of our youth system

If you read the job description it says work with the academy manager.
Therefore it could be a new role.
