Hope it's not the Rochdale manager.

He is an omen for a loss.  He has never Refereed a match before that we have lost.

That's a good point.

On a similar vein, I note the Dons manager will be running the line. I hope he doesn't march them back 10yds or insist on handing the ball over after 6 tackles. That said, he also has never refereed a game that we have lost. It's all looking good

Can I vote now?
Taking the average of this seasons officials into consideration I've decided he will be totally useless.

He has, actually. Rovers v Newcastle in 2009/10. The last two games of ours he reffed were at home to Sheffield United (won 2-0) and away to Derby (won 3-1)- both in 2010/11. He was also 4th official at Brentford last season.

Excellent ref and let the game flow. Was Copps' fall a pen. Let down by a bell of a Lino. Had no disrespect whatsoever for the little club. Well done and deserved a big hand at the end

I know its always easy to give a higher score when we win but I thought the ref was pretty good considering he had 2 lino's who were completely f*ck*ng useless and should never be allowed to wave a union flag at a royal wedding, never mind the linesmans flag - a total disgrace! Pretty much every decision the west stand Lino made was wrong - you can't even say he was biased cos he was as bad for Wigan as he was for us! He was the only person in the ground who wasn't sure the ball crossed the line for our 2nd! Unbelievable!

The ball was about half a mile over the line how the hell  he couldnt see is beyond belief now if the fourth official had been the ref there could have well been a riot

A steady ref but marked down for bringing the two clowns with the flags

A good, old-school referee who was let down by two very poor assistants.

I'm still convinced they were just 2 blokes he met in Asda before the game.

The ref was excellent by the way. Let the game flow and only stepping in when he had to. Spoke to all the players instead of firing out a stream of yellow card and only pulled the cards out for things that genuinely warranted it.   Top marks from me.

One of the best refs this season if not the best. There is a saying that you cant have it all and with those clowns on the line this was the case. Top marks to the ref back to school for the pair who ran the lines
