It's not been on TV for quite some time.

Why can't people spell our players' names correctly???

Seriously, this is bad news. To not have Sharp for the Yeovil and Barnsley fixtures, and no Wellens for Barnsley...eek! These games are vital fixtures against our close rivals and our chances are greatly hurt.

Stupid from Sharp, let the club, fans and his team mates down, a three match ban at a key time in the season, he should be fined for his indisipline!

Hopefully he is fined and at least he won't cost us financially.

Why does everyone lose all perspective after a loss?

Never expected to get a result today but luckily results around us went our way. The defense has vastly improved over the last 5 games and it sounded like we limited Brighton to few chances. With Sharp out I imagine we'll revert back to a 5 man midfield which might be a good thing in any case because Browny can hold the ball up and score in that role.

I'm confident about Barnsley and Yeovil and because we're in a better position - we have the advantage of draws being good results.

Not sure anyone is that distraught with the result, more Sharp getting needlessly sent off with crucial games coming up.

hopefully three games away makes him see what a dick he has been and how much he has let everyone down

fingers crossed peterson can come in a do a job and the midfield can get a few over the next few games

Billy first red card of his professional career built out of frustration looks like.

I don't buy frustration as an excuse, needlessly kicking out at a player is inexcusable, like I said earlier he should be fined for his indisipline

I would imagine his missus will be as disappointed in him as we are. He has potentially cost his charity some money by missing the next three games.

He'll now miss the next three matches, so the next fixture he will be available for will be the home match against Huddersfield on Saturday 8th March.

That is exactly one month away and with the Loan Window now open, it may be that we will need to look for a striker for a month.

After that, we will have Billy and Theo Robinson back in contention.

In general, footballers brains are in their b*llocks.
Wellens: 10 yellows, and to be fair could have got a straight red last week, and now Sharp.
We must beat the Dingles next week and get at least a draw at Yeovil. Don't think Forester will be fit somehow. Is he not still 2 or 3 weeks away yet? How much did we pay for him? Well, we don't know, but whatever it was it's been wasted money up to now.

What a disastrous day at the office one way or another

You have to wonder what Greer said to Billy for him to react like that .. shades of Zidane and Cantona .?

You do wonder if Greer said something. I would hope not. But Bill should know better. He'll be as pissed as anyone I imagine.

Got to bring someone in on loan for a month Matt derbyshire was linked before we got sharp and he hasn't gone anywhere yet so maybe get him. The people saying about piterson getting his chance I am sorry but this lad is not a league 2 player never mind a championship footballer he just looks totally lost every time he plays I am all for giving youth a chance but not this lad.

Could it be that his determination to do well for the team, along with the added pressure of scoring for his charity, has made the bloke far too anxious to succeed?
