Trouble after the game ?
« on March 12, 2014, 12:25:19 pm by eastender »
If this is true , then it wants monitoring and nipping in the bud straight away.  :(

http://www.wfcforums.com/showthread.php?50782-Lads-attacked&s=a7dffbb12c0089b88c79e979bc036473

i suppose this is the price we'll have to pay for encouraging the youngsters to sit together in the singing section near the away end.

It's got nothing to do with the singing section. If they wanted trouble, they would have found it regardless of where they were in the ground. This happened OUTSIDE, nothing to do with the singing section.
Stop trying to find reason to stop the singers, when there isn't one.

Nobody's trying to stop the singers...

Not on here at least.

I get the impression that there's one or two on here who resent the south stand 'deserters'.

Nothing to do with the singing section..OK if you say so.

Grouping teenagers together , who egg each other on will usually lead to trouble, and i'm not against the singing section.
Like you said it was outside the ground, and like i said it want's monitoring .

I bet non of them hung around after the Huddersfield game goading their fans.

Think your right BB. but think of it an evolution and not revolution, eventually the south stand stragglers will move to the west stand north.

Unfortunately this doesn't surprise me i went to Barnsley at home and after the game me and step brother (a barnsley fan) were walking back to town we bumped into a load of youth's around by Waterdale Car park id say 15-20 maybe more giving it the big i am asking other people weather they were Donny or Barnsley luckily i had my rovers jacket on and my multi game book a couple of minutes past a police car drove past and they quickly dispersed

Never really thought about it until this post hope it gets nipped in the bud quickly

Why will it lead to trouble? that's rubbish.
I think what's been done with the singing section is brilliant. It's one of the best fans initiatives since the vsc was formed.
It needs to be encouraged, and not bitched about by moaners like you.

A Watford fan was walking aong to car par 3 on the way out of the ground after the game. He was about 40 years old and he was trying to get an argument from us, he said that the houses around here must only be worth a quid, he was surprised at our repy when we told him that he would also get change from his quid if he was to buy one.
He marched on with an insult that had bounced off us.

Elton wouldnt stand a chance in a handbag fight against any of the menopausal bitches who come on this site after a loss!!

Seriously this is so sad and we really dont want any of these idiots. Individually they are nothing but in a pack it must be pretty intimidating.

I was caught out at an Everton game by a lad asking me the time, my accent wasnt Scouse and within minutes there were about 20 of them chasing me and my mate.

There were a few after the game driving down from KMS towards the roundabout near the Beefeater hanging out and shouting abuse out of the window of the car at full volume. I assumed it was Watford fans being bitter but after reading this you never know... never made out what they were shouting like.

"Barely literate teenagers bought up in Doncaster, they have a great life of cheap track suits, unplanned babies, and dole queues to look forward too

You get what you give in this life"

That was a bit of a low blow for me, I mean, Watford is a massive shithole itself, so if they think that Donny is bad it's a home-from-home for them!

Also, that pub in Watford with the grave yard behind it - the first time I went there pre-game, it is the only beer garden I have ever been in where there has been dog turd!

Don't worry they'll be nowhere to be seen at Leeds away. 1. Terrified 2. Pocket money doesn't cover £36 tickets or whatever under 15s tickets are in their case.

As I came out a "gang" of pre pubescent's  were marching down towards the North End shouting and bawling what they were going to do. As a group yes they would be intimidating but it would only have taken 1 or 2 big lads to slap their arses   :crying: JMHO
NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SINGING SECTION  :clapping: hope I'm clear on that point

I was in The Premier Club for last nights great match. Accompanied by a long time friend who is a Watford fan. He was treated with the utmost respect by the fans of Doncaster who were sat at our table and the ones sat around us in the stands. After the match no gloating just an interesting dialogue between fans who like football. He thoroughly enjoyed himself, apart from the result and will continue to come with me to all Rovers v Watford matches, as he has done since we rose up the divisions. By the way he also came to Wembley with me to see Rovers demolish Leeds. I went o the Millennium Stadium with him to see Watford demolish Leeds 3-0 in the Playoff Final a few years ago. Looks like a pattern building here.
