I'm no expert so any ideas would help, but companies house lists some odd documents that I don't understand.......

Especially the memorandum

What is memorandum of association and articles of association mem/arts?

They basically govern how a company is run and what it (and the shareholders) can and cannot do.

From what I've read I got the impression that it is also a Term used to form a company and that it does not have to show the location of its registered office? Probably reading to much into it.

It does and sets out how the company has been set up to run. Just the initial agreements and amendments as you go along deemed necessary.
I see nothing in AOA/MOA to cause concern.
