Ridiculously inconsistent, bordering on clueless at times. Same goes - again - for the West Stand lino.

This guy was so bad he was dreadful.  We get poor Refs in this league most weeks but this guy?

Totaly inept, and so far off the game he didn't seem to know what was going on.  As exemplified by the clear foul on Sharp, flagged by the linesman, yet the pillock with the whistle just played on.  Thank goodness the linesman stood his ground and continued waving his flag until the Ref blew his whistle.

And then as clear a penalty as you could wish, (confirmed by a Bolton supporter directly in front of it), and the pillock signals play on!

Not fit to ref a kindergarten match.

But he'll get a glowing report from the assesor - football is nothing but corrupt.

A 1 for him. Bottled the big decision he had to make. Then added insult to injury by booking Husband- who was fouled for the penalty- for winning the ball cleanly in a tackle.

A very poor referee who has been removed from the Football League list once already and on this showing should be again.

Missed 1 handball (I'll give that one)
Missed/Ignored a penalty
Didn't know the difference from a foul and simple body contact

The Lino's were OK. Far too many shouting offside, when they clearly were not. They simply timed their runs very well and cut us open repeatedly (until Furman came on)

,,, or the difference between a foul and "complicated" body contact which is how I would describe the "barge" by Knight on Billy ?

I reckon everyone in the Ground saw that one coming but he did not see it even after it had happened
