I didn't think Derby were that good, didn't really have us on the ropes through the game. They just took their chances and the first goal wasn't even a chance!
We played well enough and competed honestly. I think Derby just had that bit extra quality. No shame in that, considering the 2 squads and the 2 clubs.I thought a draw or 1-0 loss would have been just. no one should score against us from the position of their first goal when we're playing Furman and Keegan. Thats their job.
