Atletico's training tops before the game last night?

I know I'm in a minority in not particularly liking the hoops and preferring an all red kit, but I think this is quite a good take on the hoops. Anything with less white and more red is fine by me!

Yes Dave I saw the training tops , good alternative to the current hoops we have , I am sure we could have had this design if we were still in a contract with Nike.

I think it'd look horrific. If you're gonna have hoops you may as well do it properly and have them all the same size - and all the way around.

The hoops are all the same size - there's two shades or red in there. Which is why I don't like it, makes it look like something a US soccer team would wear...

Now I've noticed the darker red it looks even tackier...

I did like that USA top, and it's one of the few that does actually have hoops all the way round with no insert under the arms. I prefer the all red back to be honest, as I said earlier, the less white the better in my opinion, just thought that Atletico shirt was a good compromise between all red and the hoops.

No, not like that. Those shirts have two colours on, not three as in the original picture. Whilst there is an argument to be had over which shade of red - either crimson or scarlet - should be used for Rovers' hoops; having white, crimson AND scarlet hoops all on one shirt just doesn't look right.

We share our famous red and white hoops with Hamilton Accies and Granada in Spain, check out images of some of their past kits, some are very different! One of Granadas is broken hoops looks ok and they have a similar blue away theme to us as well.

Had to switch allegiances watching the relegation play-off as I kept thinking they were playing Donny!

Funny how they cannot take relegation in the same pragmatic Donny way up here. After all both teams got the chop.
