How do you get to enter this site and have your name "hidden"? There's somebody doing that right now. That list of ppl in the forum at the top of the msgs has someone called '+1 hidden' .And why would someone want to do it anyway? I can sense a conspiracy theory in the offing.

On some forums you can choose to appear 'offline' when you login. You are then listed as 'hidden'. If the option isn't available then it's usually been disabled by site admin. Presumably the 'hidden' person is a member of site admin, or has a unique account profile.

Why they'd want to appear hidden however, is a bit of a mystery.
