Also states #drfc boss PD says Richie Wellens will sign his deal shorly. Less of a rush as he's still technically under contract.

In a way he brings alot of experience and proven skill and offers a plan B once our current system gets found out.

That said I only want him here if he wants to be, if he can't buy into what the club and Dicko are trying to do he can sod of for my liking and allow someone to come in who will buy into the scheme

Agree with that. Bit of a win-win for me. If he signs the new contract then we have an excellent midfielder. If he decides to take one of the other offers he'll no doubt have received then we have some headroom in the budget to bring others in- though we'll probably have to wait till the loan window opens.
