Good to know it isn't the young lads at fault, but I mean defence as in defenders and defensive midfielders, Furman isn't impressing me and neither is Keegan.

I didn't say that, I said inconsistent. Folks calling for the managers head for a bad game after decent and encouraging performances in the previous two is crazy.

I like Dickov, he talks a good fight, but enough is enough. It's just not working. There is no style of play to speak of and a lack of consistency. We could do with a little more quality in defence but in general have decent players, but he is just not getting the best from them. Time for a change.
