Same starting XI as Saturday.

Copps back on the bench in place of Evina.

Worried about the lack of width against a good team tonight think the full backs will seriously lack protection.

I agree but PD never changes a winning team normally apart from injury. But I agree our right side needs protection, Stevens is a better defender.

Good to see Copps back, if only on the bench

I expected to see Forrester or Bennett in tonight with either Main or Tyson playing, but not both. Maybe the aim is to try and put pressure on Preston, but our defence has struggled in the last few games.

Interesting start. Couple of chances. Woeful shot from Main. Good shot from Razak.

All a bit worryingly familiar with the opposition scoring from one effort on goal whilst we were dominating.

Bugger against the run of play - plenty of time to go.

Just seems to me we're fine approaching the box but our decision making and delivery is quite poor. We don't seem to have that conviction or belief to really hurt teams.

Make changes at HT or just after?  Forrester, Bennett or Copps?

you at the match Baz?

Complaining about Razak not pushing forward and having shots on goal; asking why we're not playing wide and down the wings (erm - we aren't playing any wingers Mickey?), sounding surprised Main is missing his chances ( :chair:) PLUS he refers to all players as "the boy" e.g. the boy wellens, the boy Razak etc,

No need to worry we better in the 2nd half anyway just need Crawley to draw or win against Bradford so we can extend the gap if we can get something from the game

I've read a few comments on here about him sounding a bit negative about Rovers and maybe he has a bit of sour grapes, well tonight is the first time I have listened to him and the first thing that sticks out with me is how he calls us Doncaster and not Rovers. :ermm:

This pitch is massive and were playing no wide men, razak needs replacing were playing with 10 men, they're letting us have it deep and then we just give it away.
Coppinger and uche on for me, replacing main and razak.
Razak has been prestons best player

How many times has that inability to deliver in the final third been our downfall? The nly times I recall us overcoming that in recent seasons is when Billy was with us the first time around, and in the title winning season.

We're doing okay in this game, certainly not outclassed, just need Dickov to sort it plus a little extra bottle  :boxing: :scarf: :boxing:

No BJW, I learnt my lesson from Port Vale! The commentators are reflecting what we've seen from Rovers in the last 4 games. We just need to grow some balls in the last third.

With all the other results going the way they are,  a draw tonight would be an excellent result. Just need to keep it tight and the chance will come.
