They're not cheap, I had a hawthorne tree removed last year, it was as tall as the house cost £250. Mind it was one of our members of the travelling fraternity, so I most probably got ripped off

Try these they took half a dozen very large conifers down for me about 6/7 years ago right next to a greenhouse without breaking anything (presuming they are still going)
