I'm Back
« on July 25, 2015, 12:51:01 am by IC1967 »
It seems I'm needed more than ever. I've just read a few threads and it is obvious that since I left, the leftie lunatics have taken over the asylum. wheatleylad has done his best but it is not enough.

So I have decided to return. The leftie drivel I've just read has really made my piss boil. It needs challenging and I am up to the task.

I've also been contacted by the advertisers, and due to a lack of footfall since I left, they are seriously considering not advertising anymore. Being a magnanimous soul I've told them I will return to increase footfall and boost the VSC's coffers. I can't say fairer than that.

A recidivist. Can't even clear off properly despite saying you would. So have you learned how to use capital letters yet then?

I wouldn't say that, there are attention seeking Kitson's from both sides of the political spectrum on this forum

All this left wing/right wing is b*llocks as well. I bet the majority of people like myself think that all parties and politicians are lying unscrupulous bas**rds and are disillusioned with politics.

I understand your frustration. I'm not a great fan of most politicians. However it is important to understand the main difference between a left wing and right wing ideology.

In a nutshell right wing ideology prefers a small state and lower taxes. Left wingers prefer a large state and higher taxes.

To me it's no brainier. Given that most politicians are useless do you really want to let them get their hands on more of your money? I think they have more than demonstrated that they are not good custodians of our taxes.

So no matter whether you like the posh Tories or alleged racist Ukippers you have to come down on their side if you want to hold onto more of your money.

It is my contention that someone who is not taxed to the hilt is more likely to be entrepreneurial. Exactly what any thriving, vibrant economy needs.

We don't want a load of people living off the backs of others. That's exactly what you get when lefties are in charge.

Genuinely wondering whether you're one of the all time great satirical comedians, or you actually believe all the b*llocks you spout?

Modesty prevents me from claiming I am one of the all time great satirical comedians. I will leave it to others to decide.

It's gradually cooling down as I get to grips with all the leftie drivel that has been spouted during my well earned break.

Thank you for your previous comment welcoming me back. I can see I've been sorely missed.

When you get that burning sensation it's either you sense something happening before it does, or the doc gave you cheapo antibiotics and they don't work!.
At least when you are all bickering it gives a bit of interest to the board!
You leave so much i bet you don't know if you are coming or going!, that song sums it up well Hello! Goodbye!.

Seriously though opinions however different are welcome to me, the politicians for should be made to work together with party alliances put aside, move the old one's aside and start again with young blood and a unified party of the best from each party!.

What about Goverment that includes everyone - including the old ones - with the experience they have ?

left wingers belive that policy & government should be designed to suit the majority of our society
right wingers belive that policy & government should suit the richest of our society

but they all generally do a good job in proving Nudga right. This weeks news that the Tories went into the election promising to upgrade the rail network, when they knew back in March they would be unable to deliver this, just being the latest example.

I disagree with you Sammy, in a peacetime situation that can never work. The disagreements between the Labour Party leadership candidates will tell you why - and they are all supposed to want the same thing.

What we need is a new form of government, that involves us, the people, more closely with the decisions that govern our lives. The government should perform more of an executive role, drafting policy, whilst the actual act of voting this into policy should be done by the public, referendum style. We live in the 21st Century now, not the 17th.

While I agree in principle, the costs of that would be absolutely colossal and it would be an administrative nightmare to organise.

Multiple referendums are a bad idea. Unfortunately the general public are not clued up enough to have this responsibility. There is a serious lack of interest in politics which is a national disgrace.

Another reason referendums all the time are a bad idea is because those with the deepest pockets will prevail and get the result they want. Don't believe me? Watch what happens when we have the EU referendum. It is blindingly obvious to anyone with half a brain that we'd be much better off out of it. Watch how much money gets spent by the 'in' campaign and watch what it does to the result. A lot of this money will be from the EU and our taxes. It won't be any surprise when we vote to stay in as 95% of the population hasn't got a clue and will be swayed by the money and propaganda.

Just remember it is the usual suspects that want us to stay in that also said we should have joined the Euro. They haven't got a clue.

I had many requests to come back. I was told the board had become exceedingly dull since I left. Well, things have now started to look up in a big way.

Let the debates begin!!!

That would suggest he actually gives a f**k about football and hasn't spent the last three or four years of his life trolling a random football forum.

I'm there if needed. I only tend to get involved when absolutely necessary now. I used to contribute regularly but my scientific approach of using stats wasn't appreciated (seen Moneyball anyone?).

My other brilliant idea of Rovers becoming a feeder club for Leeds also didn't go down too well.

I've had too many posts deleted by the mods for me to bother my arse on the football forum any more.

Was he dropped on his head when he was a kid d'you reckon? Got to be a reason somewhere surely for such idiotic and childish behaviour? Unless he's plain thick I suppose. Actually, it could be that seeing as he didn't learn how to use capital letters and he can't keep track of the lies he tells.
