Has anyone ever flown with them?

I'm flying to Thailand (they're a Thai company) with them next April, and although the reviews seem good, I just wondered if anyone on here had actually used them before?

I imagine they are alright, all the dodgy airlines from that part of the world are banned from European airspace. I don't know anyone who's flown with them but my nephew lives in China and he has flown with some right obscure firms I have never heard of since moving over there, he's still alive!
