Though there are plenty of wrinkles to iron out in the side, we have started on the road to being a good side again, the first part of any success starts with a team being hard to beat, that's us at the minute.
We are probably on step one of a four step plan, step two build up more understanding and know each others weaknesses.
Step three tweak things to score more goals and start beating the better side's, step four both defensively and attacking very good, very rarely drop points at home or away=promotion.

Leeds are in the league above and being down to ten men normally you would think we would take control, but as it is we are early in the season and players are still in the early stages, Williams for example is off the mark but still getting used to the squad.
If we had played Leeds further into the season, when all departments of the team are more sound i think we would have won in normal time.
Whatever the players do, don't get arrogant about this result and think you can just turn up in league one, only hard work and excellence of technique will get us promoted.

One thing i have noticed is Curtis Main's situation with lack of confidence, this fella has ability he needs all the fans to build him up don't knock him down.
For his age he is a little behind where he should be experience wise, this is the first time he has faced real pressure, help him through it, rather than destroy him why don't the Black bank create a song for him, everytime he misses sing it louder!
We haven't got a massive squad he will be very important over the season, if he is firing we could get promoted, if he isn't we probably won't!.
