This was discussed months ago and the club were meant to be looking into it. They clearly forgot

No, I think they mean the user/customer has to raise the complaints. If the club complains directly they are acting as a third party. Maybe??

Our commentary team must be more aware of what is happening. Don't they report to anyone?

One of the commentary team has openly admitted in the pat they don't have a clue how to use the system and hope for the best most of the time
