Somehow I doubt it. I did see him refereeing in the NL North the other week and he was quite good.

Edit. Just looked him up and he comes from Killamarsh near Sheffield. Michael Bull comes from Chelmsford, so he has a bit of a trek. At least he's not a local, like the official at Rochdale.
