A lot depends on which players the fans choose to 'adopt' as a favourite. Stuckman, for instance was selected as such as soon as he was signed, before he'd saved a ball for us. For some strange reason some players become popular straight away, whereas others have to impress and not put a foot wrong for the  privilege.

I still think Stuckman is more than good enough to be our keeper in league 2 and I would have preferred to have stuck with both him and Marosi for this season and used the budget elsewhere...However for whatever reason, and I still think something must have happened we don't know about, DF has decided he's not going to be involved in any shape or form and whatever our opinions it's his that counts...Etheridge is a good signing seen as though the above isn't going to happen...
If nobody comes in for BFG it will be interesting to see if he actually comes back for pre season training,as there are one or two people who have been suggesting he wont, even though he is under contract...but then it's silly season on football fans gossip..lol

My house isn't empty though, and if the burglars want to try and get past my two dogs good luck to them!

Thankyou SM for all you guys do ... for this forum ... for the relationship you have forged with those that finance , and manage the club . IRWT but it doesn't happen without time , energy and positive thinking and even positive criticism that you put in . I suspect the appointment of the Vice Chairman is also a result of the supporters' group input . Taaa very much lads ! Don't let it go to yer head

I hope you trained your dogs to open their food and to use taps for a drink? or do you get new dogs everytime you get back from a holiday?

They could probably do that too.

But they do have humans looking after them as well as the house.

My pal had a guard dog that he was training to live without food so he could leave it in the house while he went on holiday.
It was just getting used to it but it died.
