I know it's been mentioned before but it seems like a decent time (as the Euros creep up on us) to push this event a bit more! It's great to see stuff like this going on at the club - if you're not in France it'd be brill to get loads of support for it.

I reckon it should be a great day by the looks of it.

New shirts on sale, tournaments and competitions galore, the 'Class of 92' 25 year reunion game and obviously England V Russia on a big screen with beer (and sun hopefully!)

Events like this if well supported will I am sure have impact on playing squad funds - even if only a little - better than nowt!

The forecast I've seen suggests it's going to be cloudy, mild and mostly dry. So I don't know how that qualifies as dreadful!

I've seen a few people ask on the event page set up for it whether you can bring your own alcohol with no response from the club. Any idea?
I won't be attending regardless but would be handy to be able to give a definitive answer.

I would imagine the answer is probably 'no' tho. In my past experience with working alongside the club, theatres, what went on in sprotboro for the tdy and events through schools licensing laws are pretty tight, with pop up pubs being the main option so I would assume it'll be run in this way!

That's probably not a lot of help but if byo alcohol is not advertised is perhaps best to presume it's a no-goer!
