Going back to the OP from BB, if indeed the Hokey Coaky is what it's all about then it's a sad state of affairs.
I somehow doubt it though. The late songstress Cillla Black didn't mention the Hokey Coakey when asking Alfie what it was all about, though in the film itself Michael Caine did put it in and out a few times.
An interesting subject this that needs further investigation.
