The fine is pointless. It should be 100k+ or not one at all.

Although we had a much changed side we didn't break the rules  they did and openly admitted it

They did also, not one of the starting eleven who played Newport in their last league game were in the squad of 18 last night. They are the ones who supposedly have no money.

It seems to me to be a competition that appeals to teams with the most desperate to impress players, more than the actual better players.
