A warm welcome to all visiting supporters from Cambridge Fans United

 Match Day Information
Cambridge United is a fan-friendly club and welcomes all fellow football supporters who come to enjoy all we have to offer at The Cambs Glass stadium (The Abbey.)
Visiting supporters are normally allocated the South Stand. This stand is all seats with a capacity of 1500. For clubs expecting to bring in excess of 1500 the South Habbin Terrace will be made available. This has a capacity of about 1000.
Visiting supporters who are travelling by road are advised to park in areas off Coldhams Lane.
There are a limited number of wheel chair spaces available for disabled supporters. Please contact the club in advance of the match to reserve your space.
Tea bars behind the South Stand have a variety of hot and cold food and drinks available.

For ticket prices information please visit the Club website:

How To Find Us
Cambridge can be a difficult enough place for locals to drive around, so please follow the link below for details of how to find the ground and the facilities available.

Cambridge is easily accessible by road or rail.  For further information please use the following websites:
AA Route Planner      http://www.theaa.com
Train Time Details      http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/
National Express        http://www.nationalexpress.com/

If you are only on a flying visit, Stansted Airport is about 40 minutes away and Cambridge has its own small local airport near the ground.

Why Not Stay Over in Cambridge?
Cambridge is an historic University City with good links to other parts of East Anglia and London. Why not make the match just part of a weekend or longer stay? Cambridge is a fantastic shopping location: there are many independent shops and the Grand Arcade has many designer names.  In addition to the world famous colleges and museums in the city, there is also the Imperial War Museum at Duxford Airfield and the historic towns of St Ives and Bury St Edmunds to explore.
For additional places to visit follow either of the links below which also give details of hotels in the City and nearby:

For the sporting fan, the world famous horse racing centre at Newmarket is only a few miles from the ground. There are races in the spring and during the late summer. If there is no racing on the weekend of your visit, you can still watch the horses out training on Newmarket Heath or visit the Horse Racing museum in Newmarket.

Cambridge Fans United hopes that this information will make your visit to The Cambs Glass Stadium more enjoyable. You will find our white information kiosk outside the front of the ground on match days – please call in if you need any help.

If there is something you think we could include or any web site addresses needing to be changed, please inform us via email at:
