Seems a fair price. You'd think we have improved and will get more points and goals in the second half of the season than the first.

This really is a long shot of a bet and very easy money for bookies because rovers fans are getting over-excited. I can't find one example of a team that has done it across the football league in the last 25 years (Can't be arsed to look further)

Hardly any teams have scored over 100 goals in a season* and we're not currently on track to do it. 100 points is more likely but still a stretch.

Save your money.

*Although one of the last teams to do it was Fergie's Peterborough

Makes it a 14/1 and 5/2 double. Probably about right.

*** I still have a bit left and instead of 2/1 for us to win tomorrow and both Teams score I will invest the Fiver @40s and have a good "run" for my money !

EDIT ..... Done !

Probably a better bet than mine last year for us to get promoted at 150/1 shortly after Stoke lol

Still an interesting price though Gaz. If Rovers are 5/2 to get 100 goals and they do, then its a strong possibility they will get 100 points too. Especially now we have tightened up at the back. 14/1 would be a steal.

It's not a literal double though because they are linked. Individually the prices will be about 14/1 and 25/1.

12/1 best Sky are doing for 100 points+ but there may be better offers

Any odds on 100 Goals ?

If I can get a £2.50 double on at 12/1 and even 10/1 for 100 Goals that would get me £350 ish and I would be happy to give my £205 quid that I am on for (£5 @ 40/1) to 4 Charities

Firefly
Tia Greyhound Rescue
Bluebell Wood
Eve Merton Trust

So if anyone can point me to those odds I will be "in like Flynn"

You can't have a double because one affects the other.

66/1 is still terrible odds for a terrible bet. Save your money, get a take-away.

Too late as :

a) I took the odds already  :(
b) I only got 40/1
c) My mate is blaming me for the mini "slump"
d) Its early Sunday and no Chippy's are open !

We will be lucky to get in the mid nineties i hope i'm wrong for you guys who have bet on it. We just don't do things the easy way and if we got a hundred points it would mean we had walked it.

I said a few weeks ago we would get 100 points but I don't think that's likely now. I am going for 95 now.

I would say 92 but we could very easily end up with far less if our form drops off. We have a clutch of teams just waiting for a slip up the players need to start picking three points up again because the teams are creeping nearer.
Luton for me are the big danger to come out of the pack. Carlisle though they beat us that defence will stop them getting as many points as they should. We could also drop a lot of points if all of a sudden our centre half partnership is missing for weeks and weeks the problems we had back there can resurface if Butler and Baudry are missing not because our back up isn't any good it just takes time to build understanding.

Just remember we have one of the bigger squads the other teams will get injuries unless they are very lucky we can at least plug the gaps with players of almost the same quality.
I'm taking nothing for granted but i look at the teams up there how many of them are capable of going ten undefeated or able to win four or five on the bounce?-not many in my opinion ourselves and Plymouth are the two teams capable of doing that. Portsmouth and Luton as good as they are aren't capable and Mansfield and Exeter definitely not. Evans has created miracles to get them anywhere near promotion and Exeter to me aren't much better than the side that struggled earlier in the season. It is a very poor league that we are the best of the bunch of so far. Whoever goes up will struggle to break into the top half of the table without a lot of signings.

Sammy, since Jan 2nd when Luton lost away to Pompey they've not played a top 7 team, only mid and below table teams, they may flatter to deceive, their real test is on Saturday, and I expect a home win.
