« on March 11, 2017, 09:28:08 am by roversdude »
Any builders fancy quoting for a garage conversion @ Sprotbrough
Garage door opening 2200mm x 2050mm will need bricking up and a 1720 x 1300 window fitting
Also will require door from hallway to garage fitting

Thanks

I'll do it for 5 grand (including 40% Sprotborough weighting)

(Never done any building work before, but can't be that hard can it? If anyone has got any bricklaying tips they'd be gratefully received)

Removing that weighting that makes it a shade under £3600 for Edenthorpe. I'll take that, Muttley.

Edenthorpe weighting is 50%!
