Patio
« on March 17, 2017, 06:55:30 pm by mushRTID »
Hi all

We are looking at a new patio and the garden path replaced, it totals virtually 30mq. We are looking at the Indian sandstone style with a brick border.

The problem is only one person has quoted it so we've nothing to compare it against and I want to ensure it's a fair price before accepting. I'm guessing as we're approaching summer everyone else Iv contacted is getting booked with larger jobs.

has anyone had a patio/paving done recently and can advise the going rate?

I've got that printed concrete at the front and around the back, looks great but it's not cheap, cost about 6k for what I've got, probably about 40square metres

I'd have resin put down. You can get lots of different styles and weeds can't grow through it. It's similar to concrete like Filo's got but I think it gives you more options in terms of style.

OK cheers lads Iv been quoted 1750, after reading up on it, it does appear it's about right. Thanks for your comments.
