Are you more frightened of the "far right" than Islamic terrorism as this Guardian Corbynista is?

Fcuk me have the lefties called in for some re inforcement???

When all is said and done,, its hard to deny most extremism stems from religion.  And a lot of extremism in the modern world stems from one religion in particular!!!

yes, it used to be called Christianity..

What is it called now?

Still Christianity.

Point being made that folks pick up on the "Islamic" description first, rather than the extremist.  Terrorists are criminals regardless of what creed or colour they label themselves with.

The other question that seems to be avoided is what causes extremism in the first place?

And before anyone starts, that is no reflection of where my political views may sit!!!

Haven't you done exactly the same by picking up on the "Christian" description first, rather than the extremist?

No I was just pointing out the futility of the original argument pointing at one religion as the cause.  Religious differences may cause cracks in society yes, they always have, but it is some of the attitudes (on all sides) that drive wedges into those cracks and result in extremism..

Do you think Trump - the persona he presents, as opposed to his party political views - is more or less likely to promote extremism??

Anyway, I wish the bloody football would start so I can respond to posters on here describing certain players as "SHIT"!!

Well, seeing as you never offer an opinion on actual subjects other than to insult me in your capacity of my official stalker, I can't really call you a cnut for having a different opinion, because I don't know what your opinion is! So I suppose I'll just have to assume you're a cnut for being a cnut.

Stalker!! Ha ha. Don't flatter yourself.

You are far more likely to be killed in a road traffic accident than you are by a terrorist in the UK. More people died on the roads last year than have been killed by Islamic terrorists here - ever.

Over the past 10 years 1.4 people per year have died as a result of terrorism. 18 per year die as a result of dog attacks and 2200 as a result of drivers using a mobile phone.

Worldwide most Islamic terrorism is aimed at other Muslims. In this country it is known where and how and by whom Islamic radicalism is being stirred up and funded but the government refuses to do anything about it. Because it is selling arms and bombs to those funders - who then pass them on to the terrorists.

The biggest threats in the world today are intolerance, greed and a lust for power over others (typified by the ramblings of some posters on here) - as they always have been. Coming up on the rails are 'fake news' and 'alternative facts' - which appear to be a handy tool for those people that the people with the first three characteristics to use on the more vulnerable and gullible in society to support them.

How do you explain preacher man going into mosques and radicalising folk then?

Your 1.4 people per year dying from terrorism is a total lie also.  More than that have died in the attacks over the past two months just in this country.

You obviosuly live in somewhere with little multi cultural goings on.

If you know who he is, have you reported him?

I would post the sources for my figures George but other forum users dont like me doing that so you will have to find them yourself. I suggest you start with the Daily Telegraph.

I wont bore you with the list of places I have lived and worked but suffice to say I spend a lot of time in that place with little multi cultural goings on known as Bristol. You are most welcome to come and visit sometime and I will give you a tour and you can see for yourself how un-multi cultural it is.

Thanks for proving my points tho.

Tommy Robinson has records of what extremist preachers have been speaking in what mosque where and when ,and He won't keep that to himself that's  for sure .the police and government just seem to let this issue ride.

In  30 years or so time you will have a complete different outlook on TR .

I mean just look at how forward thinking Enoch Powell was for his troubles back in days of black/white tv.

TR is the modern day Rosa parks.  Standing up for his beliefs when the liberal lefty loons have accepted terrorism and bog their heads in the sand
