Very true, I go swimming in the lake on a Saturday morning and our coach retrieves at least 1 of the life buoys every week while he is setting up the course that some idiot has chucked in. They wouldn't think it was so funny if they ever needed it for it's intended purpose I'm sure.

When the keepmoat was built,, I remember it being said theres more cctv there than in any other part of doncaster even the town centre.  If so it shouldnt be difficult to at least identify them and get their faces put around
