Sending your young substitute striker who's been at the club 5 minutes to a supporters AGM is a strange one. Definitely his punishment for the red card

Maybe help him feel part of the club sitting alongside Butler a hometown lad. He's still new to the professional side of the game and interacting with the fans is a big part nowadays

My mate went. Largely positive messages from what I understand. Touching words about the late Dick Watson, and an indication that Andrew is keen to carry on the family legacy. Encouraging news regarding off the field performance and the success of the commercial side. Ferguson apparently focussed on securing the (foreign) under 19 international midfielder on loan from a Premier League club.

I have my usual reservations regarding loan signings that I know not many on here share. But if we get this lad and Houghton on loan that'll make for nearly an entire midfield on loan. I'd always prefer us to develop our own club and players than those that belong to someone else. But I guess we signed Mason after his loan and a few more like that would be no bad thing.

Anyhow, largely positive stuff I think.

Some promotion teams have been reliant on a high number of loan signings however, I would rather have a good mix and stability.

We have a decent record of trying before we buy in past years. Thanks for the update.

We are at the early stages of looking at safe standing on the Black Bank i.e. relative costs etc.also we are to build a new five a side pitch because the existing ones have reached saturation point, and we will run the indoor facility  that is being built.
  Alfie has now moved up here and has his own house in Doncaster which he enjoys more than living in a hotel.He said he has not moved far outside the confines of Doncaster yet,get out young man and see what this great county of ours has to offer.
   Gavin was reluctant to be specific about new players coming in but gave the impression that we can expect something in the next few days.
    I hope this adds to what has already been posted.

I think you could be forgiven for that assumption - there have been plenty of contradictory messages on this one. Sounds like all will be revealed tomorrow.
