From the squad that went up when we beat Brentford I would change Gary Woods with Lawlor, Liam Wakefield with Baudry, Billy Painter with Marquis, Paul Keegan with Jordan Houghton, Kyle Bennett with Alfie May, David Syers with Luke McCullogh, Jamie McCombe with Joe Wright. Is that okay for you!

They are yes, we also had bad runs that season yet we won the title. That should tell you 4 poor results doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

You're not a full shilling if you think mccombe is better than wright or Keegan is better than houghton, woods better than lawlor, Wakefield better than baudry.

We're back to budgets , this is all what could afford . 4 injured 2 long term , 36 year old legend , a couple of loans the rest are made of kids and couple of ex Sufc cast offs .

You were talking about the whole squad not just the best 1st eleven. The players I mentioned would have undoubtedly made that squad much stronger than it was.
