Back in the days of The Gaumont in Donny I heard the best insult / counter heckle by Billy Connolly

There was a guy heckling and coming out with "rubbish" spoiling the night. We had paid to watch BC not listen to the heckler

Just as Billy was about to sing his Wellies Song the heckler piped up again - so BC stops and says "does your mouth bleed every 28 days" I laughed then as did almost everybody in the place and (as you have now seen) I like to tell people of it even now !

I was there too, and yes those two groups of chavs nearly ruined the show.
Jimmy Carr is awesome though, saw him at Manchester two years ago, he's brutal.

Roy 'spook spook' Jay, could n't handle the hecklers in the Old Club in Stainy years ago, so he did a runner out of the dressing room window 😀😀😀😀
