Let the club know as well. Might've been handed in.

Not after the run we have gone on ! A few Games ago the person finding it would have sent it by Taxi just to get shut of it

COYR - Play off prospects !

I lost mine a few seasons ago. Phoned them up and picked up a new ST book at the next home game

Not as of yet mate, although the club have been good enough to get back to me and arrange a duplicate ticket for tomorrows game. They have said the stadium was closed, so it is still possible it may be where I sit (or around there) Thanks for asking though. Feel a bit of a tit though  had one since 2002 and never lost it before.

I lost mine at a Bournemouth away match. I think it was 2005/06 season if my memory serves me correctly. A night match, may have been a Friday night as I remember we went early in the morning on the Travel Club coach and spent the afternoon in Bournemouth. Hayter scored in the last minute for Bournemouth. Think it was 2-2 ( nothings really changed there then )
Anyway to cut a long story short I remember Andy Liney sorting out a replacement season ticket for me at the next home match.
Nothing was too much trouble for him. Andy Liney and Paul Mayfield in my opinion are as much legends at DRFC as James Coppinger is.
Different thread but in my opinion the 4 sides ( Stands ) at the Keepmoat should be named after Andy, Paul, John Ryan and Copps when he finally hangs his boots up.

Can’t agree about naming the stands.
People of different ages remember people just as influential as those you’ve named but once you attach their name you’re knackered going forward.
Ken Avis was an older version of Paul in far more difficult times, had we named a stand after him it’s a recipe for disaster if you then replace the name with the current mr DRFC

Paul does an amazing job and is an icon of this club as the others are / have been.

Just add them to the legends flags as we extend them around the ground

Thats a great idea  Stockton, but I don't know if Marquis would fancy kicking towards a large mug shot of Paul behind a goal though.

A flag with Paul Mayfield's picture on !!!!!!! Have it at the front of the stand facing the seats , it would stop any future pitch invasions

Yes your right I suppose, but when you look at what those 4 have done for our club over the last 20 years they would deserve that honour.
Yes you are right about Ken Avis as well. Remember my first trip away on his supporters coach, Spurs away in the League Cup Quarter Final Dec 1975

Just an update, luckily someone has found it and has handed it in to the club. Thanks to all involved.  :)

Okay, since no one has asked, I have to - why did you take your season ticket to an away game?

That’s a question I have been asking myself to be honest. I am sure there must have been a reason, just can’t remember why.
It was 12 years a go though.

I have a Rovers waterproof jacket that I have had for years - used to wear it to the football in autumn/winter home and away.  To make sure I always had my ST for home games, I kept it in the pocket.

Perhaps there was something similar for you?

No that’s not the reason I had it on me that day. I always put my season ticket in a draw after each home match. I am very much a creature of habit.

Being an exile ours were always in my glove box as it was only me that ever drove. Now I buy as and when and pick them up on the day, except my grandson's which I still keep in the glove box.

Glovebox - please dont mention Glovebox !

Got 3 Tickets for Villa FA Cup away a few Seasons back and drove to Lichfield Station with them in Glovebox and 2 Passengers.

There was a free space right outside Station - and a Train was approaching. We locked up , belted over Footbridge and just caught it. Going to plan - get to Villa Park - couple of Beers - no traffic hassle

Half way there (you already guessed) I remembered nobody had taken the Tickets out of bloody Glovebox . So off the Train and back to Lichfield and we eventually got there ages after I had planned . That's the short story !

I do it because when we left for The Mansfield away match in 2004 I left our's on the mantle shelf. Had to come off the M62 and back through top side of Leeds to Bradford. Went like a bat out of hell then, no variable cameras in those days. Well worth it for that win though.

I learned yesterday that you have to travel at 80mph for 100 miles (that's continuously) to make up 10 minutes. So while you feel like you're making up lost time, really you aren't!

That and it wastes fuel.

Well we got there for the kick off and parked near to the ground, mission accomplished. I'll take onboard what you say though for future reference. 👍
