We can focus on the league, and get in the players we need to push for the play-offs.

I may be in a minority but I’d have happily swapped today’s result with last Friday.

You can for so long put it down to the performance of the referee, however at the end of the day we haven't been able to put the ball in the back of the net which has been the case nearly all season just not enough goals and there isn't an obvious plan B towards the end anyone who can get their head on the ball from a set piece, crosses etc.

We won't be anywhere near the play-offs unless we have more of a goal threat, why you generally see us lose by the odd goal the defence has actually imho got better through the season.

We have 4 players who have scored 5 or more goals all season and 1 of them is Whiteman, hence why in the top 12th we are the joint lowest scorers in there but have the 5th best defence.

It is true that the league is where our priorities should lie, but this really was a golden opportunity to get a rare 4th round appearance & more cash in the kitty even without a draw against one of the big fish. Very disappointed, but hey ho onwards &,hopefully, upwards.

I will await judgement on that and see if those 3 points in the league make any difference at the end of the season.
