First time I've seen him play and thought he looked promising. Any news on injury?

He’s got a protective boot on I know that.

Very unlucky, has had to wait a long time for a chance, and must have been feeling ten foot tall after scoring, and then for that injury to happen must have been a right blow to the lad as well as the team.
I hope he recovers quickly, and soon gets back.

Was it a bad tackle of just an unfortunate injury?

He went down in the middle of three players, with a player obstructing my view, but it was in a period of pressure from us, and Shrewsbury were not averse to some heavy, bordering on reckless tackles 25 to 30 yards from their goal line.
I did not see if it was a kick, or a nasty fall, someone else may have seen it more clearly.

its was a bad challenge   by their no 4 godfrey     caught him  above his ankle   a potential leg breaker
hope he recovers soon ,  like the look of the lad   not had the best of luck so far.

Felt sorry for the guy after the last checkatrade match. It must of taken him 10 minutes to get off the pitch, he looked truly gutted.

He made an impact last night.

Next season he could play a bigger role.

One question I have to ask is, what the hell was Marquis doing when Ben was injured?

Stupid, could of caused more damage.

Fair play to Beestin who helped him off the pitch, no idea why they didn't bring the stretcher out.

By the look of things Ben wanted to play on as well

It looked as though he was waiting to be waved back on before what I assume was one of our coaches told him to get his jacket on. Felt gutted for him.

Loving at the end with his boot on! What a lad and seems a great character.

Give him a new contract for that alone!

We often watch him at half time warming up too and he just looks so happy to be here every day. Genuinely looks like he’s won a competition to be part of the squad!

Loved that at the end of tonight. He’s clearly enjoying himself here and fair play.
