It looks to me that Marquis could potentially be going, if the right bid comes in, (most players will, I know that) but the amounts potentially involved in the Marquis deal could significantly improve the team, all round, which is why we might not be seeing much activity by us.
It is good to hear that we are not just giving players away  something we always use to do, we seem to know his worth in this current market.

I think every player has a price - if it’s right for the club and right for John then great. Would only be wrong if the money wasn’t reinvested in the team.
