Blackpool make five changes as well but all the players left out are on their bench.

Looks like he’s realised already that we can’t play our strongest 11 every game.

Would have thought he would have known that anyway?  It’d not unreasonable to make the changes he made..

Quite surprised and a tad disappointed he's not at least retained some of those left out on the bench. Thought this was an ideal opportunity to get away from the pressure of the league and release the shackles a bit. Maybe, he thinks some players need a mental breather already.

Great chance for some players to show they are worthy of the shirt. COYR.

Think dickos is referering to Grant often saying he's not a believer in resting players and wants to pick the strongest 11 each time.

It’s not no,
But before the Scunthorpe game he said he didn’t believe in resting players and would always play his strongest side.
Which he did against scunny, but obviously he’s learning he can’t do that with us at the min

Particularly given the game coming up on Saturday where I'm sure GM really would want to field his strongest side ;)

Bit of an uncertain start but had 2 good breaks in recent minutes. Not heard Rowe's name mentioned until a penalty shout in the box.

Why have we got 3 juniors on the bench when we have 5 first year pro’s?

Extremely questionable!

Golden chances missed by Taylor. Good save from keeper then stabbed wide apparently.

Yeah I agree
I’d always rest players, just pointing out he said he wouldn’t

Delighted for Alfie May - scoring is what he needs to add to bring that extra quality on top of his work rate..

Bum. Bit of controversy as it looks as though ref was going to send Anderson off for attempting to save the ball going in with his hand... But only given a yellow!

Shocking decision! Surely red & penalty or goal? I can't think of a situation where goal AND yellow is appropriate! F*ck*ng clowns reffing in this league, hopefully it won't make too much of a difference unless Anderson gets another yellow! Learn the rules you f*ck*ng idiots!

Is that the first time we conceded a goal in first half this season?

Not a lot by the sounds, giving possession away too cheaply and Blackpool coming at us with Spearing being allowed to dominate.

Commentators saying Taylor's had a mare missing 3 good chances to score. Alfie May doing his best to live off scraps but not getting much support.

H/T to regroup.

No micky tbh a bit of Dave about him tries stuff but nothing coming off so far.

Taylor looks above average but should have scored, but we need to stop aiming for Alfies head as Blackpool defence are far to tall

Their keeper picked up a back pass although it clearly came off Whiteman. Indirect free kick in the box wasted
