Super6 - Deadline - or in it to win it

Pleased to say Super6 continues to grow and currently has 111 active Players. Also 3 Prizes are up for grabs + lots of "glory" - bragging rights etc. I think it is great AND frustrating !
Every Season I am asked even near the end of the Season for permission to let people in which is good because I'm in "the more the merrier " Camp" . Those people could just look back and find the League Name / PIN and join anyway but they choose to ask and that is great
I have always let people in - without a thought - and recently I was approached to add a Member and I said yes. It was then I realised that someone could in theory find our League and join in during the last few weeks and "walk away" with a prize and so in a Competition that has no "local rules" I thought action may be needed
So I decided that the Comp would still be open for anyone to join at any time - indeed lets get as many as possible - but I think we should have a "deadline" each Season at the end of October and so please continue to join - the answer will be "yes" but the Prize cut off has been reached and so only those listed below will be eligible to win one
I hope people can see the "sense" in this and it does not look "petty". I had never given it any thought till the last person joined recently (and why would I) but I realised some deadline was required.
It is embarrassing in a way as I am currently leading in the Second Prize dept -for most Points in a Round - BUT should I win that it will be donated for next Season or "auctioned off for Charity" anyway so I am not protecting myself
Anyway here are the 111 that CAN walk away with something - and we have a Rule !
Sorry for formatting "mess" but I can fix it - but everyone is there !

I have taken the opportunity to combine this Thread with the Prizes / photos of Prizes / How the Prizes can be won and the Tie Breakers for each category. Lets hop none are needed !
