Tonight's youth cup game at the Keepmoat

An early kick off at 7pm. should be a good game against a good Rochdale side.
The lads deserve our support, and it is always interesting to see if any are likely to graduate to the first team, and in the past few seasons they have been entertaining games to watch.

Rochdale seem to have a decent youth setup.

We where the better side for most of the game, but switched off for there first at a corner, second was a penalty and third we just gave in, but just like the first team we need to take our chances

Rochdale were more organised in defence where their number 6 Adejuwon Hamzat aided by  No 5 James Neild were able to match everything we threw at them.
After Hamzat scored with a towering header from a corner we came into the game, Horton hitting the bar with a cross shot, and Gibbons looked lively.
Greaves looked strong and got about the pitch and likes a tackle, Lirak  Hasani played well in that period, but faded as the game went on.
We gave a needless penalty for their second goal, and a bad defensive mistake gifted the third when our heads dropped.
There was not a lot in the teams, but Rochdale had the two or three players who made a difference, their number 9 Florion Yonsian troubled our defence all night with his strength and speed, the two centre halves the best players o the pitch, Hamzat my MOM, but a good game if not a result.
