DNA card
« on November 02, 2018, 06:17:35 am by roverstillidie91 »
Does anyone know any information regarding what kind of offers are available at the moment for the DNA card?

Am thinking about purchasing one as can see that it can be used for discounts at Cast.

Just one thing say for instance I want 4 tickets am I able to use the card for the discount for all the tickets just the same as if I maybe went and purchased 2 tickets for LNER trains.

Thanks

I think their a waste of time if I’m honest. a lot of the offers are for example buy a £100 Morrison’s card for £97. I’ve tried a few times to use them to get discounted train tickets and it never seems to work

Used it regularly on the trains and have saved a fortune

Had two pages open at the same time to do a comparison and you can see the saving.

The train discounts always work for me, that's the only thing I've used them for. It's really easy.

I’ve said a fortune with the DNA cards on the train for me and the family.
When people say on certain things they only saved a few quid, I shake my head. Its money in YOUR pocket.
We are happy, the sponsor is happy and hopefully this continues in the same way for the club.
Using mine for this weekend the big choo choo train to that little London. RTID.

I travel a lot by train and have saved a fortune! Mainly for my company but a few times for me personally. The bonus for me is that I now travel everywhere for work first class because our company policy allows it as long as it is no more than £50 more than standard class - with the discount 1st class always falls into that (if it doesn’t I quote the full standard price vs discounted first class, then it does!!).  :santa:

Now they have changed the process for the LNER discount, its a doddle and apart from this half term week, I have always managed to get my 25% discount. Even persuaded people at work to purchase cards as well because of the savings on the train. I'll admit that with the previous method, I could never get it to work, but it is much easier now.

Blimey – got one of those DNA cards and I think its tucked in the wallet behind a screwfix loyalty card, a dry cleaning receipt and some superbly hidden passwords handwritten on the back of a book of Royal Mail Stamps.
How do you get the discounts?
