Trades Club - Part 2 - reopening
« on November 13, 2018, 10:39:12 am by Donnywolf »
Confirmed that after the sudden closure a few weeks back that the venue will reopen under different owners and rebranded
Any wild guesses anyone ? I thought Wethespoons but on balance though it would not be bad fit for them given its size and prominence BUT it probably would not go down well in Frenchgate
Someone must be doing it though - lets see who has a finger on the pulse of Donny

It’s a quick turnaround that, probably same owners and different company set up to run it

Painting it Black and White like F1 Flag and it will be Checkatrade !

If it is the same owners it will have a Chequered history as well - especially f they dont pay some of the people who were in their Savings Club back. One bloke had 4 Grand saved up apparantly

There are better places to put your money than banks as well.

Yes that was the biggest Savers committment.

Apparantly they save up for Christmas and special occassions and a very popular one - Funeral costs !

Whatever they intended to do with it they may end up getting Pence in the Pound back
