If it was politically motivated surely someone or some organisation would have been claiming responsibility, otherwise what's the point?

I'm really surprised the Met isn't leading on this. It doesn't really surprise me that Sussex Plods have screwed up.

I did wonder if I was being a bit harsh on Sussex Police. However if there is any truth in this it makes you think the force is the province of Inspector Clouseau types.

''Gatwick Airport Limited has now offered a £50,000 reward through Crimestoppers for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for disrupting flights''

It was the coppers, jumping the gun, can I have my reward please.

Well the guy who got arrested was at work when the drones were supposedly seen so no wonder they got released, he is definitely punching above his weight

So now the line is that there may not have been no actual sighting of the drone.

Good to see the Govt as on the ball as ever.

So 200,000 people massively inconvenienced, untold economic impact...and all because of an imaginary drone!

Getting totally surreal now.

Either the government has completely lost the plot, or we are being softened up by distraction tactics.
Take the heat of the Brexit fandango by giving the media another story to ogle over.

Time to ring some changes.

It does - and that sick smile he always wears even when delivering bad news or avoiding serious questions. I mean how limited are they for people with ANY ability to run that Department if they have to use him

Think me - born in the 50s getting to play for Rovers - cos they domt have 17 better players.

At least the smiling slimeball will (maybe) deliver on his promise he has announced 6 rimes already to rid our region of Pacer Trains. Sure it will happen ONE DAY

I wrote to him once complaining about the state of the A1, I got a reply trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and how much money they had invested on improvements in the south

This is just the best;

The gift that keeps on giving!

So if I name the Chief Constable of the local plod as the guilty party, do I get the £50k reward Gatwick are offering?

Just seen Pacer Trains were due to be phased out by 2019 so another few hours till then. Ah but that has just been changed to "by the END of 2019" Crafty b******s
