I thought he was dreadful. He gave every decision to Preston. He's a Championship referee and that shows how poor standards are nowadays.

The worst was when their striker caught Lawlor as he tried to clear. Two players going for the ball and not malicious but instead of giving a free kick he allowed play to continue even though Lawlor was flat out. Also the booking of Butler was a joke and I think means he'll miss the Fourth Round. Dreadful.

A truly shocking performance by the ref.
If I didn’t know better I could even say he might have been cheating.

To be fair to the ref he must have been cheating. NOBODY could have been that incompetent under normal circumstances.
