Has anybody got any experience of renting rooms in like a house share? Or using Kimcoh properties as a agent??

Split up with missus recently, lost a lot really and just wanting to get back on my feet over next year or so..

Just wondering if anybody’s got any views or experiences as I’m quite skeptical

I used them for a year. The bungalow in was in was nice and had decent house mates. We did have trouble in the end and moved out but it was  generally ok.
