I never had Ferguson down as a massive Marosi fan. I thought he generally played him out of necessity more often than choice.   I'd be surprised if he went out of his way to sign him.

I think Marosi is a decent goalkeeper but I would describe his performance today as erratic. He improved second half but he looked very jittery first half and it had an effect on the defence.

2nd paragraph sums him up, today. Far from being a No1 display. I find his performances as very hit and miss and you never know what you're going to get. Great shop-stopper, but still room for big improvements in the rest of his game.

The save that was behind him when they went on to hit the bar was incredible. He had no right to get that and claw it out. And the 2 saves in the second half at the near post were top drawer.

I like Marko a lot. He's getting better and better every season. Aside from 2 poor decisions regarding distribution today (which all keepers can make) he was excellent.

Totally agree with that Rob.
Far from being jittery I thought he was very good all game.
He is very confident with the ball at his feet and the defenders are not frightened to give it to him when needed.

Marco made several saves today that were outstanding, he kept us ahead of the game.  Those coming on here to slate him after a performance like that need to take a look at themselves.

Marosi was constantly obstructed at corners.. for their goal, it looked to me that someone was stood over him as well..

When Walsall were taking corners I said to my mate that one of their players was actually standing on Marcos’ boots.
It was noticeable that it was a regularly used tactic and is becoming something that more and more teams are using.

Why don't we put our smallest player directly in front of Marosi at corners?
He could push/lean forward to give Marko room without losing any height from the defenders.

Also, whilst there were one or two dodgy distributions from him, he also did some absolutely excellent ones that I doubt many GKs in League One could do. He can do floor passes to near halfway that are well away from any opposition, and some of his throws out that far set us up on attacks. He did some really good ones yesterday in addition to a string of excellent saves. Not sure what more many people want.

I thought their goal was offside.  There was at least one of theirs stood right next to Marko and when the header came in it looked very much to me like 2 offside.

Fantastic and Marosi  in same Sentence doesn't sound right.
