Fantastic support for Bradford being bottom of the league and almost certain to go down to the fourth tier, better attendance than most championship and some premiership clubs, hope they climb back up the leagues to where their  supporters deserve their club to be.

Are their season tickets still £2.50 though?

I don't know, but it still takes effort to attend.

Fair play to them, that's impressive

Aye, but they count the tickets sold as attendees anyway don't they?

I think the super low ticket prices plus the demise of the Bradford Bulls RL club as a major force has helped with their large crowd figures.

They used to do it at Belle Vue ,crowds were either in the 1900-1999 bracket or 3900-3999 bracket for years depending on how we were doing

Idler did say on here the other day that you could buy 25 year Season Tickets for £2500 I think it was

So £100 a Season / 23 games mean they are only £4.34 a game if I remember his Post correctly

Also said "no more to Pay" but there were times you had to pay more

Heres his Post - I just copied
Ps. I also have three mates that bought 25 year season tickets at £2,500.
They certainly haven't had value for money having had I think the first two seasons and then having to pay extra but being able to sit in any part of the ground.
Certainly not the pay nothing more for 25 years that was promised.

You could see it was a good crowd would say 1600 + was not far off

It's all well and good selling season tickets at a £100 but does it really work .

Bradford's budget for such a big club at this level  with the attendances they attract is pretty average to be honest and their league position reflects that .

Personally I would sooner pay £400 like we do at Oakwell and watch Alex Mowatt , Cauley Woodrow and Kieffer Moore any day of the week .

I believe about 1,000 fans bought the 25 year season tickets.
They are still paying about £120 a year but can sit in the best seats and go in the various suites at no extra cost unlike normal ticket holders.
I was told in the gym this morning that they have so far sold 5,000 season tickets at the early bird price of £150. The deadline has now been extended.
A lot do realise that if the tickets are half price then they only raise the same as a team selling half as many at full price.
The problem is, how do you ever raise the price without losing a lot of fans?

Extra items food and drink would help cover the loss.

Increasing the price by say 10 to 20 a season ticket upon promotion is the easiest way to do it or make new category tickets of change stadium seat category

Even before they think about strengthening the squad they should repair some of their seats in that away stand .Mine kept tipping forwards and backwards like a seesaw and my thigh muscles feel like I have done a stage in the Tour de France this  morning .i

My mate had a ticket for the side bit and they were going to happily allow him to go behind the goal - until he discovered they didn't sell booze there.

They have franchised their catering. The club get £1 per pint in the bars not sure if it's the same on the concourses. At £4:60 a pint in the McCall Suite and £3:60 for a can of John Smith's on the concourse I can't see them making much.

And 50p for a Freddo.  They were 10p not long ago - scandal!

Bradford are notorious for not publishing the Away fan numbers. I was watching online Sales right up to the time they went off sale. I was astounded to see people in the behind the goal Stand as I was sure we had not sold the side out anyway

So the best I can offer is around 1150 being 1067 I had seen last time I looked and I added ome walk ups / or Tickets sold after I last looked

Many thanks DW - I try to keep track of away followings these days.

Is that a Bradford forum/site, or a general one for all EFL games?
