So we've got this 5 year plan to build a team that can cope in the Championship and were somewhere in the middle of this, not sure anyone knows how longs left on it but where do people think we're at? How many of our current owned squad are good enough or potentially good enough to cope in the Championship?Potentially Whiteman, Wright and Rowe for me. Copps we don't want to rely on still. I quite like the look of Sadlier too.
Nobody would’ve said sadlier before tonight can’t be so fickle to change game by game. We’ve a few players who are good enough, Crawford has gone off the boil but he was very good most of the season, A couple of days ago people were saying our 4 centre halves are great now only one of them is good enough.
The teams who have finished in the top five have the best budgets. We are one 4/5 that the best of the rest. If we want not hope for promotion next season we need better. Let’s be fair GM has signed 3 good loan players. Sadlier could step up. Centre halves could step up. So No1 GKRight back, 2CHs, Left back.4 midfield players at least if we don’t loose any more.3 striker forwards at least if we lose JM will need 4.So will we sign that many. Is GM good enough to sign the quality we need. Will the board give more to achieve that. Big turnaround, continuity problem. So whether we finish top six or not we will still need that amount players if we are to progress

This 5 year plan involves home grown talent without having to pay out signing fees . It’s a budget on a budget. So don’t expect what we won’t pay for . L1 is here to stay until the club can pay for its self any else is just fantasy.
I would add Tom Anderson to that list, he is in my opinion our best centre half and always looks very assured when I see him...
We are already thinking of strength in our squad for next season.new contract for beeston ?
