Good end to the night

Stayed out in town with our kid last night. We went for the last train back to Sheffield.

Last train back to Sheffield on a Tuesday night ALWAYS goes from Platform 3. Cut it a bit fine but we made it and got on the train on Platform 3j ust as the doors were closing...and the train set off northwards. We'd got on the bleeding Leeds train.

Got off at Bentley, walked back into town and had to get a chuffing taxi back to Sheffield.

You didn't need to walk back to town for a cab, Micks mini cabs are based near the train station at Bentley.
