It's up to Leeds where he goes. They pay his wages

That's goodbye from Mallik, definitely. He was the last player to stay saluting the fans at the end, we won't see Wilks or Kane again I don't reckon.

Correct - he’s not our player. Doesn’t rule him out returning though.

John will get better with age and wisdom as long as he stays fit. He'll know his own weaknesses and he's definitely the type to work hard at it. He sets the standard for work rate and endeavour. Most managers will love that quality. If he can score 20 plus goals a season on leagues one and two, you would think someone will take a punt. Depends if the price is right and if he wants the deal.

didn't mccan say that a top Premier league side had offered him 3 players to take on loan but he could not fit them in the side

Said it before and I’ll say it again, Jonn Marquis is class and his record speaks for itself.

Was absolutely gutted for him last night, penalty shootouts are a lottery. We know he’s not the best penalty taker at the club but we needed atleast five and he stepped up and had the b*llocks.

I just hope that’s not his last kick of a ball in a rovers shirt, if it is.. let’s try and remember him for the three consecutive seasons that he  finished our top goal scorer rather than that unfortunate penalty miss.

Think he said it during Jan transfer window that clubs and agents were offering him players as opposed to the start of the season when clubs didn't want to send us players as we wouldn't guarantee them starts

And rightly so. I wouldn’t want any player on loan if it was in the clause that he had to start.

You earn your place in the team. As Kane and Wilks did all season.

Kane and Wilks have been huge success stories this year. Any club with a gifted youngster would rightly see us as a good place to develop them for a year.
